You can integrate photos and videos you’ve made or downloaded into your animations. A “Pexels” button lets you import video and photo content directly from this royalty-free library for greater efficiency. The Freepng.fr website is also a great resource for clipped images for your animations. Finally, you can use our templates as a starting point for even greater efficiency.

The storage consumed is the sum of the weight of each of your photos and videos. If you use templates, their media are not counted.

Yes, this is an interesting feature, as it allows you to post messages from your partners and vice versa. To send your scenario to a third party, open it in the manager and click on the “Share” button. A file containing your scenario is generated, and the applications available on your phone are suggested for sending. The recipient, for his part, must press the “Import” button in the manager, which he will find at the bottom of the scenario list.

Yes, this will allow you to store a scenario you’re not using, freeing up storage space on your hosting. In the manager, open the scenario you wish to save. Press the “export” button, and after a few seconds, depending on the size of your scenario, you’ll get a file with the name of your scenario and the extension “was”. You can share this file with other Waouh Screen users if you wish.

Yes, to add a user to your organization, let the user create an account, and after validation, on the organization screen, use the “Join an existing organization” button to obtain the association QR code. As the manager of your organization, scan this QR code and you’re done. If you are the administrator of your organization, you will find the different users and their roles in the “Users” section of your manager.

Yes, for each screen, you’ll find the synchronization parameters at the bottom of its configuration screen.
